    To support this effort we are currently seeking a Marketing Executive, Acquistion who will manage circulation operations to support the acquistion marketing team and ensure delivery of campaign set-up. 

    Accountabilities

    How you will contribute:

    • Assist in setting up acquisition marketing campaigns, including working with internal and external parties (Case, agents, fulfillment, customer service, partners etc)
    • Timely and accurate delivery of campaign set-up across all acquisition channels
    • Communicate with the agents on a weekly basis and support them with marketing collators
    • Track and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and assist in producing reports on a regular basis
    • Handle the premia stock and ensuring the right usage across acquisition channels and maintaining details of the same
    • Handle and process Partnership and Agents premia files
    • Manage marketing spends accruals and invoices

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are: 
    • Educated to degree level in any discipline
    • 2 years' experience in a marketing function
    • Previous experience in planning and strategy marketing, proposal drafting and implementation, as well as client management
    • Knowledge of direct marketing, campaign management and understanding of response tracking and interpretation of campaign results
    • Marketing communications techniques and best practices
    • Well organized and good project management skills
    • An attention to detail
    • Ability to analyze results and campaign tracking
    • Out-spoken and able to communicate upwards and making sound recommendations
    • Mature, confident and able to work independently
    • A can-do attitude and able to work under tight deadline and deliver results efficiently
    • Good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage
