    We are recruiting for an Advertising and Digital Operations Support person to support the APAC region’s digital advertising sales teams and digital and advertising operations.

     

    The Advertising and Digital Operations Support role is a very hands-on role responsible for ensuring adequate support on digital campaigns’ success from media planning to execution and launch. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, this is an important role in ensuring APAC advertising operations-- booking, delivering, and reconciling all online campaigns, across all delivery platforms (On and Off-Domain) are running well.

    Accountabilities

     

    How you will contribute:

     

    Advertising Operations

    • Provide primary support to the Campaign Manager in APAC
    • Provide basic advertising operations support such as booking, delivering, and supporting all online campaigns, across all delivery platforms (On and Off-Domain), product support, inventory check for upcoming and ongoing campaigns
    • Ensure all advertising campaigns are running smoothly
    • Act as the day-to-contact for Economist APAC digital team and digital sales ad operations inquiries, product support, inventory check
    • Liaise with campaign manager in making adjustments to live campaigns for optimization and/or in response to client requests
    • Liaise with campaign manager about potential issues, including under-delivery, over-delivery, clashing campaigns
    • Receive creative submissions to ensure they meet the creative requirements and deadlines
    • Generate advertising campaign reports, summaries and screenshots

    Digital Operations Support

    • Support Digital Strategist, Digital Production and Sales for advertising and campaign reporting
    • Support Digital Strategist, Digital Production for campaign QA
    • Conduct research on advertising performance, and new trends in digital advertising

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:   

    • Basic knowledge of digital advertising
    • Basic knowledge of IAB ad standards
    • Basic knowledge of web and advertising metrics
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Highly organized work style
    • Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
    • Natural problem solving inclination and the desire to continuously keep abreast of digital developments
    • PC skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English

     

    It would be an advantage to have:

    • Working knowledge of DoubleClick for Publishers or DoubleClick Campaign Manager
    • Working knowledge of Floodlight and Google Analytics
    • Experience with ad serving applications

     

    You will be able to demonstrate:
