We provide a platform for treasurers and CFOs to exchange strategy and best practice, either face to face or online and meet with key financial institutions and providers.


    We are seeking a Senior Conference Producer to join the editorial & content team to manage the development and delivery of EuroFinance events and custom client engagements. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, customer-centric content across multiple platforms (e.g., events, training, webinars, website, EuroFinance’s corporate treasury network (ECTN), reports, newsletters, social media etc.), driving innovation in event formats and ensuring all event programmes and speaker faculties are of a world-class standard. You will also play a role in the delivery of custom client engagements and client events. While you will be responsible for writing, delivering and executing programmes, you will also be the primary interface for sales and marketing. This will include supporting the marketing team by creating marketing collateral and joining occasional sales meetings.


    How will you contribute?


    • Play an integral role in the development of forward thinking and dynamic content for all EuroFinance products – (conferences, training programmes, research, EuroFinance Corporate Network, publications and custom client engagements)
    • Work with the sales, marketing and conference production team to find workable solutions to address client needs
    • Analyse and identify key industry trends to deliver engaging, customer-centric content across multiple platforms
    • Manage and edit all submitted content, ensuring editorial quality
    • Develop effective relationships with financial services professionals to raise the profile of EuroFinance within the treasury community
    • Collaborate with other departments across the wider Group such as the EIU – to create compelling content
    • Establish processes to streamline content creation from idea generation to market delivery
    • Work with other departments within the business (operations, sales, marketing) to enhance the participant experience at events.
    • Develop event themes, programmes and speaker lists for a broad range of events globally, to agreed timelines and milestones
    • Secure the participation of high-level speakers from treasury, industry, policy, academia
    • Lead advisory boards to enable the effective delivery of event programmes
    • Work with editorial to ensure that programme themes and topics meet the standards of The EuroFinance & Economist brands
    • Copywriting in a range of formats – event programmes, marketing materials, summary reports, blogs  etc
    • Work with the marketing team to define target audiences and create communications materials that will drive registrations
    • Work with the sponsorship team to identify sponsors, assisting with sales meetings and pitches as required
    • Implement digital formats (webinars, live streaming, video) to support our events
    • Research and present ideas for new events and formats
    • Be an active member of event project teams: work as a team to deliver high-quality events from concept to delivery to evaluation
    • Thorough recording & organisation of quality research notes

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:


    • Experience of managing and delivering a portfolio of events internationally
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Sound editorial judgement; ability to understand and distil new information quickly
    • Knowledge of financial markets - ability to read and understand a corporate balance sheet
    • Ability to chair debates and discussions – both live and virtual
    • Proven organization, planning and project management skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet strict deadlines
    • Outstanding written and spoken English. Experience in journalism, policy research and/or copywriting would be an advantage (as would fluency in a second language)
    • A keen understanding of EuroFinance & The Economist’s editorial position and standards; the experience and maturity to balance editorial, commercial and brand considerations
    • Strong commercial acumen, professionalism and presentation skills; experience supporting sales and marketing to deliver ambitious targets
    • Salesforce experience is beneficial
    • Comfort with extensive travel and working weekends occasionally
