We provide a platform for treasurers and CFOs to exchange strategy and best practice, either face to face or online and meet with the key financial institutions and providers.

    We are seeking an Events Coordinator to join the conference production team to help manage the delivery of EuroFinance events, custom client engagements and online projects. You will be responsible for supporting the speaker acquisition and editorial teams with the administrative aspects of delivering projects across multiple platforms (e.g., events, webinars, website, EuroFinance’s corporate treasury network (ECTN). You will also play a role in the delivery of custom client engagements and client events.


    The role will have client facing and communication responsibilities in the care and support of our speaking faculty and sponsors.


    How will you contribute?


    • Support the programming team in managing our speakers and sponsors experience, coordinating pre and post event, client communications & travel logistics.
    • Ensure the accuracy of published materials across websites, printed materials and Apps.
    • Assist in scheduling & organising conference calls, briefings, webinars etc
    • Support client outreach on Custom events
    • Help prepare data and mail merge communications with clients
    • Assist with speaker enquiries
    • Support budget maintenance and client invoicing
    • Membership approvals to corporate network and social media groups
    • Work with other departments within the business (operations, sales, marketing) to enhance the participant experience at events

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:

    • Previous events experience
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Proven organisation, planning and project management skills with the Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet strict deadlines
    • Proficiency with MS office (word, excel. powerpoint)
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM system is beneficial
    • Outstanding written and spoken English
    • Fluency in a second language beneficial (particularly Spanish/Portuguese)
