    We have a new vacancy for a Payroll Administrator to support the Group Payroll Manager in coordinating and managing the payroll process for EMEA and US regions.


    How you will contribute:


    • Prepare and input payroll data onto the payroll system, working with the Group Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
    • Co-ordinate US payroll process by working closely with US HR team.
    • Assist with preparation of EMEA payroll
    • Prepare and distribute manual payslips
    • Assist with preparation of all monthly payroll tax payments
    • Assist with the P11D preparation
    • Maintain shared payroll mailbox and ensure all queries are responded to within given SLA
    • Assist with monthly reporting
    • Provide assistance during payroll year end audits in all regions.
    • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
    • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
