    We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (6-month contract) who will utilize a variety of database platforms and resources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for the healthcare consulting business of the Economist Intelligence Unit.


    As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer representing The Economist Group, you will proactively support our recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner, identifying world-class, diverse talent to drive our business results. You should be familiar with social media and its application in talent acquisition and also comfortable working across all levels of the organisation.


    How you will contribute:

    • Partner with the hiring managers to ensure an understanding of the job responsibilities and position requirements
    • Source qualified candidates from Linkedin, job boards and other social media platforms to develop a talent pipeline for upcoming positions
    • Manage job requisitions by responding to and qualifying employee referrals and active candidates from our applicant tracking system
    • Act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent in the job market
    • Ensure diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers
    • Ensure that all interview and applicant screening processes are consistent at all levels


    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:

    • Bachelor degree with 3+ years of progressive regional recruiting experience in a consulting/professional services/client facing outfit will be highly preferred.
    • Attention to detail and highly organised
    • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the areas of talent identification and attraction, strategic sourcing, assessment and selection
    • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers
    • Strong written/verbal communication skills
