Headquartered in Singapore, Clearstate aims to augment its field operations by seeking to add a high calibre and enterprising Senior Analyst to our growing team. We are now recruiting for Shanghai office.


    How you will contribute:


    Project lead--

    • Manage project engagements within the healthcare industry within Greater China and across regions in the areas of market opportunity assessment, customer insights, competitive benchmarking, and more.
    • Be able to work within teams to meet project goals
    • Support client engagements and serve as contact person when needed.

    Conduct detailed data analysis and develop business solutions--

    • Conduct research and lead in-depth discussions with various external stakeholders to understand the market and its potential as related to clients’ business objectives.
    • Conduct in-depth market and data analyses to develop solutions and recommendations for clients, including project conceptualization, research design, analysis framework development, business modelling and strategic framework development.
    • Create final recommendations for clients based on analyses and insights gained
    • Be able to lead presentations in a confident, clear and concise manner. 
    • Provide support to business development efforts when needed

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:

    • At least 2-3+ years’ working experience in research and/or consulting, preferably in the healthcare sector
    • Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in Science major and an MBA is a plus
    • Ability to interact with client-side management 
    • Excellent command of written/spoken Business English and Mandarin
    • High analytical and project management skills
    • Excellent people skills, with the ability to work within diverse teams and work well with people at all levels within and outside of the organization
    • Attention to detail and organization skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time
    • Versatility and ability to think inside and outside of the box
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and project milestones
    • Strong ability to take instructions and work independently
    • Passion for healthcare, and strong desire to learn and apply knowledge
