    This role is a key member of the Clearstate’s data analytics team that will support and contribute to the development and maintenance of our market data tracker in the medtech space. You will be involved in defining best practice analytical methodologies and framework in the building of granular and insightful market insights databases for our multi-national clients.

     

    He/she must be dynamic individual who is a forward thinker that thrives on new challenges and adapts to learning new knowledge.

    Accountabilities

    In the role you would be expected to:

    • Conceptualize and operationalize the innovative analytical framework to build a global MedTech data insights product
    • Maintain and improve on our existing data analytics solutions, if necessary revive previously stalled data solutions and products
    • Develop modular, systematic business-oriented analytics, built upon data products, to enhance the value of our solution
    • Explore new data science techniques to add on the analytics framework
    • Build user friendly visualization platform to allow for smooth data maneuvering

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    To succeed in the role you must have:

    • Bachelors or higher in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science
    • 5-7 years of experience in developing predictive models and segmentation for healthcare industries. MedTech knowledge is a plus.
    • Proven track record of translating conceptual framework into operational plans for data cleaning, data mining and modeling.
    • Knowledge of languages/tools such as SQL, R, Python, Spotfire, Tableau, SPSS/SAS
    • ISO 20252/26362 knowledge and advantage

    You will be able to demonstrate:

    • Strong passion in converting behavioral data into quantifiable insights to integrate in modeling for the global data solution
    • Numerate, strong statistical skills with love for data visualisation and reporting
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proactive, go-getter and team-player
    • Demonstrated experience applying excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills working with global and cross-functional teams
