Headquartered in Singapore, Clearstate aims to augment its field operations by seeking to add a high calibre and enterprising Analyst to join our growing team in our Shanghai office.

Accountabilities

In this role you will be expected to:

 

Project manage--

  • Manage project engagements within the healthcare industry, within Greater China and other regions, in the areas of market opportunity assessment, customer insights, competitive benchmarking, and more.
  • Support project teams to meet business and project goals
  • Liaise with clients in project kick-offs, updates and deliverables 

Conduct detailed data analysis and develop business solutions--

  • Conduct research and lead in-depth discussions with various external stakeholders to understand the market and its potential as related to clients’ business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market and data analyses to develop solutions and recommendations for clients, including project conceptualization, research design, analysis framework development, business modelling and strategic framework development.
  • Create final recommendations for clients based on analyses and insights gained
  • Be able to lead presentations in a confident, clear and concise manner. 
  • Provide support to business development efforts when needed.

Experience, skills and professional attributes

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in research and/or consulting; fresh graduates with good academic results are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor or Master's degree with a Science major and MBA a plus
  • The ability to interact with C-level management
  • An exceptional command of written/spoken English and Mandarin
  • High analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
  • A willingness to travel
