    To provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Facilities Manager, managing day-to-day administrative services and adhoc request from the business; encompassing all business units.  


    This is a temporary cover from 10th August 2018 to 17th September 2018.  


    In the role you would be expected to perform the following tasks:

    • Handling receptionist duties of greeting guest, phone enquiry, mailing order, courier services and provide excellent reception services to the guests
    • Providing clerical and admin supports 
    • Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and activities
    • Responsibilities for purchasing and managing the pantry supplies
    • Arranging maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
    • Assist in ad hoc duties as required

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    To succeed in this role you must have:

    • GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels with at least 2 years of working experience
    • Experience and knowledge in office administration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Powerpoint
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin
