Currently we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for a three to six month contract in our Gurgaon office.

 

In this role you will be responsible for the sourcing, identification and recruitment of qualified candidates that match the strategic and operational business needs within the region. 

 

He/she will develop knowledge of customer groups to determine hiring goals and objectives, proactively support recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner to identify world-class diverse talent to drive business results. 

 

 

Accountabilities

 In this role you would be expected to:

  • Support recruitment processes including applicant tracking, requisition creation and job postings, pre-employment processes and reporting while managing multiple recruitment projects on a timely basis and within budget
  • Follow through on all resumes and applications to ensure proper correspondence is sent to applicants
  • Ensure diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers as well as  proper candidate qualification decisions are made
  • Help develop and implement key recruitment strategies for internal and external candidate identification
  • Proactively pipeline, recruit, and retain world-class diverse talent to drive business results
  • Assist with interview and applicant screening process to ensure consistency at all levels and across all businesses
  • Ensure that all selection decisions are made in accordance with company needs and policies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and/or HR Managers in developing job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of the job responsibilities and position requirements
  • Identify candidate identification innovation opportunities that will enhance the ability to attract qualified and diverse candidates
  • Demonstrate focus and discipline in delivering the staffing process to ensure process and delivery excellence
  • Ensure that all selection decisions are made in accordance with company policies

Experience, skills and professional attributes

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience in full life-cycle recruitment and staffing with a demonstrated ability to identify and deliver qualified candidates 
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the areas of talent identification and attraction, strategic sourcing, assessment and selection
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills; experience managing multiple projects, engaging stakeholders, driving accountability and meeting deliverables in a timely manner
  • Consultative and collaborative style with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence all levels of staff and management
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to customers/clients in a clear, focused and concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, lead by influence, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
