In the role you would be expected to:

  • Perform daily administrative duties, including answering phone calls, etc.
  • Support AP/AR and other Accounts related duties including data entry
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Maintain proper filing, correspondences and records
  • Handle office administration matters, from ordering of office supplies, office equipment management, distribution of mail, etc
  • Schedule appointments/meetings and travel arrangements – including online flight and hotel bookings
  • Maintain a good filing system for easy retrieval of documents

Experience, skills and professional attributes

To succeed in the role you must have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications as well as
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative/accounting experience
