Currently, we are seeking a Senior Executive Primary Research (Survey Programming/Implementation) who will manage a team of researchers in our new Gurgaon office.  In this role you will facilitate quantitative survey projects from programming through to reporting in support of the Primary Research team in the US and UK.


Day to day work includes managing and meeting daily milestones while working across a number of survey projects, and maintaining schedules and quality controls across the group.  While the role is based on local hours (9:00-5:30pm in Gurgaon), some flexibility will be required to cover day-to-day contact with London and occasional meetings with New York.


In this role you will be expected to:

  • Manage workflow for the group across project lifecycle; reprioritize work as needed based on deadlines
  • Manage and personally program surveys in Confirmit and conduct test link quality controls (standard surveys, site intercepts, varying levels of complexity)
  • Maintain quality controls across survey milestones (programming, initial data review, final data pull, data tabulations with statistical testing, reporting/PowerPoint presentations)
  • Work with database management team/CRM tool to set-up/pull target sample/panels, merge lists/data (as needed)
  • Work with external vendors to implement surveys (including providing links, uploading survey translations, reviewing test data, trouble-shooting issues, etc.)
  • Review data against scope parameters to ensure quota targets are being met, and provide weekly quota update grids in excel
  • Create data tabulations (simple and advanced with statistical testing) in Confirmit system
  • Conduct advanced analytics (maxdiff, correlations, conjoint analysis, gap analysis)
  • Prepare effective PowerPoint slides or reports that showcase the data results
  • Work closely with the Primary Research team (US/UK) to ensure that surveys meet quality and deadline needs

Experience, skills and professional attributes

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • 3 years of survey programming and implementation experience/management, Confirmit platform experience a must; 3-5 years of work experience
  • Proven expertise in survey implementation process, from programming to reporting
  • Strong expertise in using Confirmit
  • Experience with advanced programming a plus: Complex randomization or filtering, Max Diff, Conjoint programming, etc.
  • Experience with analytic tools to run data tabulations or advanced analyses a plus: IBM SPPS, Wincross, Sawtooth software applications (conjoint, max diff)
  • Experience with CRM tools a plus: Salesforce, Eloqua
  • Experience leveraging survey data in visualization tools like Tableau a plus
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Strong ability to multi-task and move between distinct projects
  • Strong communications skills
  • Experience managing staff
