We are recruiting a Campaign Manager in Asia who will be responsible for booking, delivering, and reconciling all online campaigns, across all delivery platforms (On and Off-Domain) in their respective vertical. This role is also charged with providing campaign insight, product support, inventory and pricing information to the sales team, as well as being responsible for accurate end of campaign billing and reporting. 

Accountabilities

In the role you would be expected to:

 

Order Management 

  • Provide sales team with product, pricing, and inventory insight across all platforms
  • Setup proposals in our order management system
  • Ensure the media plan presented is compliant from inventory and pricing perspectives as well as the Economist creative guidelines, and meets overall client objectives
  • Be the sales team's first point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding inventory, delivery, and billing
  • Assist the sales teams with booking requests (providing alternative options to close deals) during high sell through phases
  • Hold a detailed understanding of inventory and advise the business on how to drive the most yield out of inventory across all platforms 
  • Private Auction, Preferred Deal, and Programmatic Guaranteed setup across our SSP and PG partners

 

Delivery and Optimization 

  • Proactively review campaigns assets (Creatives, I.Os and tags), identify potential errors, and troubleshoot as necessary
  • Proactively manage campaign delivery to minimize revenue loss due to under delivery across all platforms
  • Setup new products and packages in the order management tool
  • Interact with agency/client to ensure precise delivery of advertising campaigns
  • Recommend and implement optimizations based on campaign performance and inventory availability
  • Manage and optimise CPC, CPL and impression goal campaigns primarily within the APAC region utilizing our DSP (DBM)
  • Private auction and preferred deal maintenance
  • Margin management

 

Billing and Reporting 

  • Provide campaign reporting, as required, across all relevant platforms and mediums
  • Oversee billing and reconciliation process for assigned campaigns

Experience, skills and professional attributes

To succeed in the role you must have:

  • Publisher side Ad Operations experience
  • Experience with trafficking using Doubleclick DART (DFP experience is a must)
  • Experience working with remote/ sales teams
  • Expert level understanding of trafficking, ad tags, tracking pixels etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of online advertising and rich media formats
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Programmatic eco system
  • Understanding of viewability standards and setups
  • Expert knowledge of DFP
  • Expert knowledge of SSPs and DSPs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
  • Working experience with MOAT, Native
  • Experience working with DSM is highly desired
