Currently, we are seeking a Cyber Security and IT Support Analyst who will provide desk top and network support to our internal users at our Gurgaon India offices.  You will work closely with the Global Technology (GT) team and the Compliance, Business Continuity and Information Security (CBCIS) team to provide specialized support for our upcoming office move to our new India headquarters. 


Global Technology Operations and Infrastructure team is responsible for providing technical support and service delivery to the users and customers within the Group. This includes the IT Service Desk, PC support, PC software, printers, e-mail, internet access, video conferencing and the global IT network and server infrastructure.

CBCIS team is responsible for the standard of business continuity and information security across the Group. We establish and maintain coordinated business continuity plans globally for the group, ensuring all operations have sufficient continuity plans, staffing arrangements, facilities and training to minimize the impact of interruptions. We define and implement our security strategy and mitigation activities across our brands, their associated business units, shared services and IT. We carry out regular audits of the Group's web sites to ensure the security of the applications and data they contain, and security testing of the Group’s internal and external IT infrastructure.



 In this role you would be expected to:


  • Provide IT support to internal users
    • Troubleshoot users network and end user computing problems
    • Provide guidance to users on ‘how to’ question
    • Deliver training and IT orientation to users
    • PC setup and software installations
    • Meeting support and administration
    • Support Mobile devices (iOS/Android)
  • Windows server administration
  • Configuration of network equipment such as switches, routers and firewall
  • Server room and cabling management.  
  • IT Inventory management
  • Manage IT-related activities for office move
  • Manage third party IT vendors on project and support work.
  • Provide technical advice to business on IT and telephony solutions
  • Participate in Security Operation Centre activities
  • Participate in security incident response
  • Establish, implement, monitor, review and improve a suitable set of controls for the prevention of threats to the security of our information assets, ensuring the business objectives of the organization are met
  • Assist with the operation of controls operated by information security

Experience, skills and professional attributes

To succeed in the role you must have:

  • Good inter-personal and communications skills.  Can explain technical details in layman language
  • Inquisitive, able to solve problems and come up with solutions
  • Organized, analytical, practical – good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in Hindi and good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in providing networking and end user technical support
  • Deep knowledge on Windows environment (Windows 7 and onwards) and Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Familiar with server room and cabling standards
  • Exposure on Mac/iOS/Android
  • Knowledge on Windows Server administration
  • Familiar with common network protocols, especially on TCP/IP and WAN/LAN

In addition the following would be desireable

  • Familiar with Cloud applications especially Google G-Suite of apps and Microsoft Azure platform
  • Familiar with Fortigate Firewall
  • Proven experience in managing IT-related activities in Office Move projects
  • Experience with cyber security, risk management, compliance, audit, business continuity
  • Previous working experience in an international team desirable
