Currently we are seeking a Marketing Executive to manage our circulation operations and provide support to our acquisition marketing campaigns.
In this role the Marketing Executive will focus on managing and supporting the marketing road map to optimize subscriber acquisitions across all our Real World(offline) channels to drive both engagement and circulation revenue.
This role supports a Marketing Manager in managing and executing marketing plans across the Asia Pacific region supporting ambitious growth plans for circulation.
Please note, this is an 8 month project asignment.
In this role you would be expected to:
Assist in setting up acquisition marketing campaigns, including working with internal and external partners (CASE, agents, fulfillment, customer service, etc)
Timely and accurate delivery of campaign set-up across all offline channels
Track and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and assist in producing reports on a regular basis
Handle and process marketing-related invoices in a timely manner
Handle the premia stock and ensuring the right usage across acquisition channels

Experience, skills and professional attributes:
To succeed in this role you must have:
Degree level in any discipline
Experience working part time or intern assisting in marketing operations, invoice processing and reporting
Have knowledge and some experience in direct marketing, including online and offline channels
Previous experience of working in or with marketing agency is a plus
Campaign set-up/management and understanding of response tracking
Usage of online marketing tools
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and good project management skills, with a strong attention to detail
To succeed in the role you must demonstrate:
An ability to deal with multiple tasks/teams and delivering within timelines
A can-do attitude with ability to work under tight deadline and deliver results efficiently
You are out-spoken and able to communicate upwards and make sound recommendations
You are mature, confident and able to work independently
