The primary responsibilities of an Associate are:

  • Project Management 
  • Client management
  • Mentoring, training and development of analysts

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The candidate should ideally possess the following skills/relevant experiences:

  • Relevant experience in healthcare business consulting, especially in the area of policy benchmarking, market opportunity assessment, go-to-market strategy, customer insights, channel optimization strategy and policy benchmarking
  • Experience communicating project updates and presenting key milestones to clients, pre-empting project issues and managing different client stakeholders
  • Proven track record in project execution, preferably in the healthcare sector or in business consulting
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top tier universities, preferably science or health related
  • MBA preferred
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English
  • Highly analytical, organized and meticulous
  • Versatile and able to think inside and outside of the box
  • Able to work in a fast pace team structure
  • Willing to travel
