Currently, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Salesforce professional to join our internal team, supporting The Economist Intelligence Unit , our research and analysis business unit.
This position has been created to support the expansion of our Salesforce capabilities while working on projects from requirement gathering to design and implementation. Responsibilities will include Salesforce configuration together with system maintenance and customization to support business requirements, recommending opportunities for on-going improvements as appropriate.
This role will also provide level 1 and 2 supports to respond to Salesforce.com end user support cases when required.
The Economist Group has a global 500 seat implementation of Salesforce.com. This is spread over several businesses and different revenue streams. There is integration with related marketing products, and some use is made of the Force.com platform.
This is an exciting role which will allow the successful candidate to work as part of dynamic team and interact with stakeholders across different departments and levels.
